These need different coverage plans. Tell us which sessions must be recorded in full, whether they overlap and whether slides or a sound feed are required. We will scope crew, cameras and audio around that brief.
Can you deliver an edit during or soon after the event?

Share the exact publishing deadline when you enquire. Same-day or expedited editing needs a planned workflow, an agreed review contact and a suitable scope. We confirm feasibility and timing before booking rather than assuming it is included.
What information do you need from the venue?

We need access times, filming restrictions, lighting conditions and the available audio feeds. A run of show, venue contact and a list of must-capture moments help us plan around the live schedule.
How do you capture sponsors and attendees?
